Your whole engagement, behind one link.
Client work at BearPlex runs inside PeoplePlus, the platform we built for ourselves: projects, live previews, chat, files, contracts, and invoices in one portal. The code lives in your GitHub. The portal is where you watch it land.
An illustration of the portal itself: projects, an updates feed, project-scoped chat, requests, files, and billing behind one sign-in. Every panel maps to a module that is live today.
Agency work scatters. Ours has one address.
The default way agencies deliver is a trail of Figma links, Slack threads, Drive folders, email invoices, and PDFs. It works, but it scatters. Links get buried, versions get confusing, and nobody can say what was decided. We replaced that whole process.
- Figma links for designs, Drive links for files
- Feedback scattered across Slack threads and email
- Invoices in one inbox, contracts in another
- Status meetings just to learn where things stand
- Six tools, none of them telling the whole story
- Designs, dashboards, and app builds reviewed live
- Feedback pinned to the work itself
- Files, contracts, and invoices where the project lives
- Live status you can check without asking anyone
- One portal that is the whole story
What lives in your portal.
Design review is the front door. Behind it, the portal holds the entire relationship: the work, the conversations about the work, and the business around it.
See everything
- Every project, from brief to launch, with live status
- An updates feed of what changed, posted as we go, with proof
- Waiting-on lists that track both sides of the work
- New requests with structured briefs, so day one is never missed
Review anything
- Websites, dashboards, apps, and AI tools, live in the frame
- Pin comments dropped on the working page itself
- Every push saved as a version for the life of the project
- Share externally with no accounts, white-label optional
Talk in context
- Project-scoped channels and groups, not one long thread
- Direct messages with the engineers building your product
- Notifications by email and push, the moment something lands
- Installs on your phone like a native app
Run the business side
- Invoices and statements, payable online
- Contracts and agreements filed with the project they govern
- Site passports, launch checklists, and health reports
- A permanent record of what was decided, and when
An engineering studio, working in the open.
BearPlex is an AI engineering studio, not a design shop. The code lives in your GitHub, the systems run in your cloud, and the portal keeps the whole engagement visible to the people on your side who do not read diffs.
Your repos, your IP
Code ships to your GitHub from the first commit. You own the code, the infrastructure, and the IP outright.
Two-week sprints
Work lands in the portal as it ships, sprint by sprint, not as a reveal at the end of the quarter.
One-command deploys
Our CLI pushes every build into your portal as a saved, reviewable version. No zip files, no handoff meetings.
Gates you control
QA runs before you ever see a round, and anything touching production routes to your sign-off.
Illustrated, but this is genuinely how a round ships: one command, one saved version, one link, everyone notified.
Your design reviews just left Figma.
Websites, dashboards, and app builds all review the same way: the real, working thing in the frame, and your comments pinned to it. Most agencies ask you to sign off on static frames and hope the build matches. We stopped.
Love this direction. Can the headline lead with the outcome instead?
An illustration of the live review space. Websites, dashboards, and app builds all land in the same frame, with the same controls: device widths, versions, and pin comments on the working page.
You review the real thing
Live, responsive, interactive builds, not flat mockups. What you approve is exactly what launches.
Point at exactly what you mean
Click anywhere on the page and type. No more describing which button, in which section, on which screen.
Directions, side by side
Website rounds come as named directions, each one a working site. Flip between them in the same link and mix notes across them.
Every version is kept
Each push becomes a saved version. Compare rounds, see what changed, and never chase the latest file again.
Share with anyone
Send the link to a colleague, a board member, or your own client. They view and comment with no account, on any device.
Know the moment it lands
Email and push notifications the second a new design, version, or update is ready. Nothing slips past you.
Four steps, start to finish.
From our desks to your screen and back again, all inside one link, with a clear record of who said what and which version is current.
We build and deploy
- Websites, dashboards, and app builds push straight to your portal with one command
- Every push becomes a saved version, kept for the life of the project
- You are notified the moment it is ready to look at
Your clients see you, not us.
If you resell our work to your own clients, review links can carry your name and logo on your own domain. One DNS record on your side and we wire up the rest. To your client, this is simply your review process.
- Your name and logo on the review
- A clean link on your own domain
- The live work, ready to comment on
- A simple, no-account experience
- BearPlex, anywhere on the page
- Any login wall or sign-up
- Other clients or projects
- Anything technical or behind the scenes
A branded review header, illustrated. Your logo, your domain, your process.
What you see today is a third of it.
PeoplePlus is our own product, so the roadmap is ours to bend. This is where it is heading: the parts of your week we have not automated yet.
Ask your project anything
A copilot over your whole engagement record. Why did the timeline move? What shipped last week? Answered with receipts.
GitHub, narrated
Pull requests, merges, and deploys translated into plain English in your updates feed, linked to the version they shipped.
A Monday brief, written for you
An auto-drafted weekly digest of what shipped, what is next, and what needs you, before you think to ask.
A live environment for every feature
Full applications previewed the way designs are today: one click, one link, before anything ships.
Contracts, signed where the work lives
SOWs and change orders drafted, redlined, and e-signed inside the portal, next to the project they govern.
Budgets in real time
Burn-down per project and forecasts that warn you before a surprise, not after one.
Post-launch health, same page
Uptime, performance, and error monitoring for the systems we shipped, beside the place you approved them.
Change requests in plain words
Describe what you want. A scoped estimate with a timeline comes back inside the portal.
Your tools, plugged in
Slack, Teams, and email bridges plus webhooks, so the portal meets your stack instead of replacing it.
This is not a wish list. PeoplePlus is our own codebase, and these are the next builds in its queue. If one of them would change how your team runs, say so on the first call and watch it move up.
We run client work on software we built.
PeoplePlus is not something we licensed. It is BearPlex's own product: a platform our team designed, built, and runs the whole client operation on. The portal you review your project in is itself an example of the work, and it gets better every month because we live in it too.
The same engineers you would be hiring built this platform end to end: multi-tenant architecture, billing, notifications, and the portal you just toured.
Read the PeoplePlus case studyCommon questions about working with us.
What clients ask before their first project lands in the portal.
Yes. The same link works for a colleague, a board member, or your end client, and none of them need an account. If you resell our work under your own brand, we can switch on a white-label domain so review links carry your name and logo on a subdomain you own. BearPlex never appears, and PeoplePlus stays out of the way apart from a small powered-by line.
We will still meet you there, and notifications reach your inbox and your phone either way. The difference is that the portal is the system of record: every design, comment, decision, and invoice stays findable in one place instead of being buried in a thread from three weeks ago.
No. It comes with a BearPlex engagement as standard. We built PeoplePlus to run our own client operations, so putting your project in it is simply how we work, not an add-on line item.
Yes. Review links are responsive out of the box, and the portal installs on iOS and Android like a native app, with push notifications for new designs, messages, and updates. You can approve a design round from a phone in a hallway.
Only your team and the people you invite. Each client's portal is isolated from every other client's, and share links are unlisted tokens you control, which can be expired or revoked at any time.
Yes. PeoplePlus is our own codebase, not a licensed tool. When a client needs a capability (a report, an approval flow, an integration with their stack), we scope it and ship it into the portal. The roadmap bends toward whatever saves our clients the most time, so the fastest way to get a feature is to tell us it would change how your team runs.
Yours. Repositories sit under your organization, you have access from the first commit, and you own the code, infrastructure, and IP outright. The portal does not replace the repo; it translates what happens there for the people on your side who do not read pull requests.
See it before you hire us.
Ask for a walkthrough and we will open a real portal on the call. Two minutes, nothing to install, nothing to imagine.
