The Canadian vehicle protection plan industry ran on fragmented, manual processes. Dealerships juggled paper forms, spreadsheets, and phone calls to manage registrations, claims, and dealer relationships.
Extended Trust needed one platform that could handle multi-province tax regulation (GST and PST), tiered dealer hierarchies, and rapid claims processing, while giving SuperAdmins, Admins, Dealers, Managers, and Service Advisors each the right level of access.

Around 42,000 lines of code across the two frontend apps and three external integrations: VIN decoding, PDF generation, and Google Places.
