UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our innovative design team in Lahore. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for our diverse product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring user-centered solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional UI/UX solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and best practices.
• Present and defend design choices to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with animation or motion design.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific design guidelines (e.g., Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).
