The Role
BearPlex delivers production software to regulated enterprises, and delivery only feels effortless to a client when someone is doing the hard coordination behind it. That is this role. You are the person who keeps scope honest, timelines real, and communication clear while embedded engineering pods do the building.
This role manages software delivery end to end: translating client needs into a plan engineers can execute, running agile cadence, and keeping everyone aligned across our Diagnostic, Build, and Guardian phases. You work remotely from anywhere in Pakistan, coordinating teams and clients across Lahore, Austin, and Doha time zones.
What You Will Do
Own delivery for your projects. Drive software builds from kickoff to handover, keeping scope, timeline, and quality in balance.
Be the client's clear point of contact. Run status updates, surface risks early, and communicate in plain, confident language that earns trust with enterprise stakeholders.
Coordinate embedded engineering pods. Keep senior engineers unblocked, dependencies visible, and the team focused on the right work.
Run agile that actually works. Facilitate planning, standups, and retros that move work forward rather than performing ceremony.
Manage scope and change. Hold the line on agreed scope, document changes properly, and renegotiate timelines transparently when reality shifts.
Track risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear view of blockers, third-party dependencies, and timeline health, and act before small issues become big ones.
Keep delivery auditable. Maintain the documentation and traceability that regulated clients expect throughout the engagement.
What We Are Looking For
Delivered real software projects. You have managed builds that shipped to production, not just internal initiatives or slideware.
Genuine technical fluency. You understand software architecture, APIs, and engineering trade-offs well enough to follow the conversation and ask the right questions.
Strong agile practice. You have run Scrum or Kanban for engineering teams and know when to adapt the process.
Excellent client communication. You write and speak clearly, manage expectations well, and stay calm in hard conversations.
Rigor with scope and timelines. You estimate realistically, track diligently, and keep commitments honest.
Comfort across time zones. You can coordinate teams and clients spanning Pakistan, the US, and the Gulf.
Nice to Have
An engineering background. You have written code or worked closely enough to think like an engineer.
Regulated industry experience. You have delivered for clients with compliance and audit requirements.
Tooling fluency. Comfort with Jira, Linear, or similar, and with modern collaboration stacks.
Consulting or agency experience. Familiarity with managing delivery for external enterprise clients.
