We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role involves leading the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring our products meet market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to champion product vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements, managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities.
  • Act as a product evangelist, communicating product value propositions to internal teams, sales, marketing, and external partners.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience in the [specific industry relevant to the company's products] sector.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
