The Role
Some problems only become clear once you are sitting inside the client's environment, looking at their real data and their real constraints. BearPlex deploys engineers directly into enterprise clients to configure, build, and ship AI and platform solutions on the ground, then bring what they learn back into the product. This is where engineering meets the customer, and where abstract requirements turn into systems that actually run in production.
You will embed on-site with large organizations in Riyadh and across the Kingdom, working hands-on across the full stack and the AI layer. You are the technical face of BearPlex in the room: you write the code, you make the integration work, and you translate between what the client needs and what our engineering teams build. The work is demanding, visible, and trusted, because regulated clients are watching how the system behaves, not just what the deck says.
What You Will Do
Embed on-site. Work inside enterprise client environments in Riyadh, understanding their systems, data, and constraints firsthand before writing a line of code.
Configure and ship. Build, integrate, and deploy AI agents, RAG and knowledge systems, and multi-tenant platform features against the client's real infrastructure.
Bridge two sides. Translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specs, and translate engineering reality back to client stakeholders in plain terms.
Build for audit. Implement solutions with the logging, traceability, and architectural integrity that regulated enterprises require, not quick demos that fall over in production.
Unblock fast. Diagnose and resolve integration, data, and deployment issues on the ground, keeping the client moving while looping in the core team when needed.
Close the loop. Feed real-world findings back to BearPlex product and engineering so the platform and our patterns get stronger with every deployment.
What We Are Looking For
Shipped production systems. You have built and operated real software in production, not prototypes, and you can speak to what broke and how you fixed it.
Full-stack depth. Strong with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python, comfortable across the stack from data layer to interface.
Applied AI experience. Hands-on work integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, or deploying agents, including with open-weight models and Hugging Face.
Cloud and infrastructure. Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker, and an understanding of how systems run, not just how they compile.
Client-facing maturity. You stay calm and credible in front of enterprise stakeholders and can own a room as the technical authority.
Communication in context. Strong English, and Arabic is a clear advantage for working day to day inside Saudi organizations.
Nice to Have
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes, Go, or Rust in production settings.
Exposure to sovereign or on-prem AI deployments and the data residency constraints they bring.
Background in regulated sectors such as finance, government, healthcare, or energy.
Prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or on-site delivery experience.
