Customer Success Manager

The Role

BearPlex partners with regulated enterprises through long-term Guardian engagements, which means client relationships are measured in years, not sprints. Keeping those relationships healthy, growing, and grounded in real outcomes is the job of Customer Success, and it directly shapes whether clients stay and expand.

This is a fully remote, full-cycle role owning enterprise SaaS accounts end to end. You will be the steady bridge between what clients need and what our delivery teams build.

What You Will Do

  • Own enterprise relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise SaaS clients, building trust at every level from operators to executives.

  • Lead onboarding. Guide new clients from kickoff to first value, setting clear expectations and a shared definition of success.

  • Drive retention. Monitor account health, surface risk early, and act before a small concern becomes a renewal problem.

  • Grow accounts. Identify expansion opportunities across our service lines and partner with the business team to bring them forward.

  • Bridge clients and delivery. Translate client priorities into clear input for engineering teams, and translate technical realities back into language clients trust.

  • Prove value continuously. Run business reviews that show measurable impact, with the auditability and evidence our clients expect.

  • Advocate for the client internally. Carry the client voice into roadmap and prioritization conversations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven customer success or account management experience with enterprise SaaS or software services clients.

  • A track record of retention and expansion, owning renewals and growth in complex accounts.

  • Strong technical fluency. You can hold credible conversations about software delivery and translate between business and engineering.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, especially with senior enterprise stakeholders.

  • Comfort working remotely across time zones, managing a global portfolio with autonomy.

  • A consultative, evidence-led approach that earns trust through proof rather than promises.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.

  • Familiarity with AI or data platform products.

  • Background at a consultancy or professional services firm with long-term client engagements.

  • Experience building customer success processes from the ground up.
