Business Development Executive (US Market | Night Shift)

The Role

BearPlex is a high-performance digital agency building AI, SaaS, and Enterprise solutions for the US market. We don't do "average" and we don't do "spam."

We are looking for a Business Development Sniper—not a spammer. You will be the voice of the company on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. You are not just "bidding"; you are analyzing complex technical requirements and crafting hyper-customized solutions that get our CEO on a call.

If you think sending 5 generic proposals a day is "hard work," do not apply.

What You Will Do

• High-Volume, High-Quality Bidding: You will send 10-15 customized proposals daily on Upwork/LinkedIn.

• Technical Diagnosis: You must read the job description. If a client asks for Magento, you do not pitch Node.js. You need to understand the difference between a CMS, a Framework, and an AI Agent.

• AI-Augmented Workflow: You will use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to research the client and draft proposals—but you will never copy-paste blindly. You will edit, humanize, and sharpen the pitch.

• US Market Operations: You will work during US EST hours (approx. 6 PM – 2 AM PKT or similar) to ensure instant response times for clients in New York/California.

• Accountability: You will track your time and your metrics. We measure results, not excuses.

Who You Are

• Fluent in "Tech": You know what Next.js, Python, Supabase, and AI Agents are. You can talk to a CTO without sounding lost.

• Native-Level English Writer: Your proposals must be punchy, direct, and American-style. No "Dear Hiring Manager," no "I hope this email finds you well."

• A Closer: You understand that your job is to sell the meeting, not just the code.

• Resilient: You don't burn out after 4 hours of work. You are hungry to close $5k, $10k, and $20k deals because you want the commission.

The "Red Flags" (Do NOT apply if):

• You refuse to use a time tracker.

• You think working night shifts for a US company is "optional."

• You rely on generic templates without reading the client's actual pain points.

• You are looking for a place to hide and do the bare minimum.

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive Base Salary (Paid on time, every time).

• Aggressive Commission Structure: You eat what you kill. Uncapped commissions on closed deals.

• Mentorship: You will work directly with a CEO who has shipped 100+ products and is a top voice in the AI space.
