About
Hamad Pervaiz is the founder and CEO of BearPlex, an AI engineering studio building sovereign AI systems, autonomous agents, and enterprise platforms for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth scale-ups.
Under Hamad's leadership, BearPlex built its engagement model around 90-day embedded sprints with outcome-based pricing that ship production AI systems in the time competitors spend writing proposals. The firm has deployed production systems across gaming, manufacturing, financial services, legal, healthcare, and logistics verticals.
Beyond BearPlex, Hamad is a managing partner at Turing Venture Capital (angel investing in early-stage AI and SaaS), founder of PeoplePlus (an HR technology platform serving the MENA region), and fractional CTO at The MediaGale. He was invited by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to exhibit at Japan IT Week Spring 2026, leading to six signed security audit engagements in three days.
Hamad has been featured on TechCrunch Disrupt, PTV national television, Kinnaird College panels, UCP symposiums, and IxDF mentoring events. He writes on AI architecture, agentic systems, outcome-based consulting, and emerging-market technology strategy.
